State Insurance Commissioner and 2010 gubernatorial candidate, Steve Poizner, talks across-the-board tax cuts, regulatory overhaul, cap & trade, soda taxes, and the line item veto with Larry Kudlow on CNBC.  Poizner also points out some of the key differences between himself and fellow Republican candidate, Meg Whitman.

House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, got a bit emotional while discussing some of the inflammatory rhetoric surrounding health care reform.  She stated that the recent confrontations remind her of the violence that took place in San Francisco, in the late 70s.

About a month ago, 2010 gubernatorial candidate, Tom Campbell, offered his vision for stemming the tide of illegal immigration in California.  First, he supports erecting a physical barrier on the border.  Second, he advocates utilizing California's national guard to assist in securing the border as a matter of state sovereignty.
