A former member of Governor Schwarzenegger's Cabinet paid $5,400 in fines for violating a ban on accepting speaking fees.  Rosario Marin says several of Schwarzenegger administration officials and advisers knew she was being paid. The money was paid to her business, which specializes in speech making.
